At Aventon, we want you to ride with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your e-bike or accessories within 14 days of delivery in new and unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Shipment

  Carefully pack your item in its original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and chargers are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and securely attach it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
